Staff Bio:
We all seek peace, happiness, love, and belonging. My passion is helping people connect in healthy ways and healing wounds that keep us stuck in old behaviors. I am committed to assisting you in becoming your best self. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive and confidential environment for self-exploration and personal growth. I view therapy as a collaborative, supportive, compassionate journey that can help tune into your authentic self, develop attainable goals, and work toward sustainable, meaningful change. By holistically addressing and integrating mind, body and spirit, all kinds of challenges -- addictions, anxiety, depression, divorce, stress, relationship issues -- can be better understood and overcome.
I am trained in several modalities, and work with diverse disorders and populations. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I understand each person is unique. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a strategy that supports their belief system, personality, culture, values, needs and goals.

Insurance and Service Fees:
My standard fee is $150-175 per 55-minute session- I accept all major credit cards, including FSA/HSA cards.
